What does a teacher training provide?
60 Hour Course, Saturday and Sundays
Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body. By activating small muscles groups, this class provides long lean muscles and aids in injury prevention and recovery. You'll see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance.
This breath to movement class combines free weights with yoga, a sprinkle of light cardio to increase stamina and strength, and ends with yin stretches. Vinyasa Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music but low impact. You’ll leave feeling invigorated and toned.
The focus of this training combines the two most requested regions of the body, Booty and Core. Transform, strengthen, and tone your “assets." Combining compound movements, weights and light cardio, this class is designed to increase flexibility, mobility and strengthening with exercises to improve core balance and stability. We cover various strength equipment that can be used to challenge your students and take your core fitness to the next level.
Add ons to trainings
Prerequisite - barre certification through any course. Inspired by the revolutionary dance exercise Barre, Barless Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, pilates, body sculpting and low impact cardio on the floor and standing.
Prerequisite - vinyasa training. This weekend course combines yoga inspired movements and free weights for increased muscle endurance. Learn how to take your vinyasa class to the next level. Free weights serve as the students own personal adjuster as they move through sun salutations, yoga postures and low impact cardio.
